Hannah Blustein Sigalow, LCSW
Associate Therapist
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and the pressures of work, school, and everyday life. You may look like you have it all together on the outside while internally you’re overthinking, second-guessing yourself, feeling frustrated in your relationships, or wondering why the choices that seem “right” still don’t quite feel right.

My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and direct. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, recognize the patterns that keep showing up, and understand what may need to change.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, and the Gottman Method for couples, combining deeper insight with practical tools you can use beyond the therapy room. Together, we’ll work toward feeling more confident in your decisions, more connected in your relationships, and more grounded in the life you’re building.

What It's Like to Work with Me
I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I take the time to understand your experiences, relationships, and goals so that our work feels personal, purposeful, and tailored to what you need.

Clients often describe me as empathetic, collaborative, and thoughtfully direct. I’m not afraid to ask meaningful questions, offer honest feedback, or gently challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe some of the most meaningful growth happens when you feel supported enough to look at things honestly and begin approaching them differently.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped how you move through the world while developing practical tools to navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re working through anxiety, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels more intentional and aligned with what matters most to you.
