Ariella Keller, LCSW

Associate Therapist

I provide individual and couples therapy for adults navigating anxiety, OCD, phobias, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. You may be feeling overwhelmed, caught in patterns that are difficult to shift, or simply aware that something in your life or relationships needs to change. Therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand what is beneath the surface, and develop new ways of moving forward.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I tailor our work to your individual needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, and the Gottman Method for couples. Together, we’ll build a deeper understanding of the patterns shaping your experiences while developing practical strategies to manage anxiety, navigate emotions, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life.

MORE ABOUT ariella

What It's Like to Work with Me

I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely comfortable, understood, and supported. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a calm, steady presence to our sessions, creating a space where you can be open about what you are experiencing without judgment.

Our work will balance insight with practical change. We’ll look closely at the patterns, emotions, and experiences influencing how you feel, respond, and connect with others, while developing tools you can carry with you beyond the therapy room. Whether we are addressing anxiety, OCD, a significant life transition, or challenges within a relationship, our work is tailored to what you need and where you want to go.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. I’ll support you with compassion while also helping you look at things from new perspectives, challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and practice different ways of responding. My goal is for you to leave our work with a stronger understanding of yourself, greater confidence in navigating challenges, and meaningful changes that extend into your life and relationships.
