About Ariella Grosse, LMSW

Hi, I’m Ariella.

I specialize in supporting young adults and professionals with life transitions, anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem.

With a background in and a strong commitment to evidence-based treatment, I blend skills-based work, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical-behavioral therapy, I will help equip you with skills to manage daily and life stressors effectively.

My Approach

My number one goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

I will work with you to create a customized treatment plan to help you build the life and relationships you deserve.

If your goal is to manage anxiety and stress, I will help you develop effective coping skills and feel confident in applying them to tackle anything that comes your way.

If your goal is to feel more at ease and self-assured as you walk through life’s unknowns, I will walk with you as long as it takes to get there.
